Rice-GainFun
Rice-GainFun (干饭) is a database of the collections of Rice Gain-of-Function mutants that are generated using a random full-length cDNA over-expression strategy. In the meantime, all the Rice-GainFun accessions could also be served as loss-of-function mutants, providing the isolation of the flanking sequences of the Over-expression cassettes or Tos17 retrotransposons.
